The reason I suggested only a Captain / Commander will be able to post is to make sure there will be order so that it would look nice for everyone instead of just having everyone make his tactic or w/e in a random format and such. I understand it might be difficult for the commanders to handle so much work but they could easily split it between the Captains as well. Another reason is to prevent useless tactics that are not even relevant anymore. But hey that's just my opinion.

im agree with you and its be great if you'll add it.

I'd like to have this, if someone of Senior Administrators can make this, I'd really appreciate it.
