The removal of cophunt rule is pretty good. In real world there's tons of psychopath killing innocents and cops, thus making the server kinda more roleplay-ish. This is not DM, this is real life.

The problem is, there are tons of bug in this update. Cop can't shoot as freely as the criminals do. Today i witnessed there's like 5 cops got annihilated by one random newbie because of the auto-disarm.

In addition, the update actually promotes team works amonst the police. Two (or more) officers together are already more likely to kill or arrest the criminal, rather than being killed.

Simply, they try to encourage to TEAMWORK instead of going solo all the time, the ammount of hate will become friendship instead see everyone thinking that they are 'God' or our 'King' because they go solo and they are skiled players, now you'll see even more fun teamworking for the victory (Not being catched by the police) or the defeat (Being killed by criminals), take your vortex and avoid crossfire because the new Anti-deathmatch system works correctly and the deatmatch got reduced on a 85 Percent among the players.

I actually know how crazy the idea is, but is quite obvious that they must teamwork to 'survive', actually since the V8.0 came out, the ammount of players without English knowledge has been reduced, if they don't speak English they atleast read and understand it enough to check the rules, tutorials, etc...
