Doesn't Army have enough these shits to take down suspect? In my opinion, its more for swat, because swat dont have anything different than Army except roadblocks...
This would help swat team a lot in catching suspects, same as in San andreas singleplayer.

We armies do have shits to take down them but fucking rules apply. We can't use our hunter randomly and fucking shoot their asses down on the ground. Even if we can, it would be a dark red rolling in an infernus or a nrg. We have to use our to /su and use our hydras while the criminal go underground.. It's fucking frustrating, so let all of us enjoy the benefits if this happens.

To use it to jump from roofs/helis

5 swats on 1 car shooting on 1 helicopter, even if is he 1000 hp they will take him down in 5 second.
