There are over 50.000 bans there will be lifted (I'm not gonna say it the exact number), and therefor it's a global unban since many people will be unbanned and they'll have a chance to play again. We have a blacklist which certain people are on that ARENT gonna be unbanned - and that list is not very long compared to 50.000 - that's why. Get it?

As for Bilalwal, I can with a happy face say that after a discussion and talk with other administrators, he won't be unbanned since he disrespected my family hard and really didn't know how to behave on our server. Such players aren't welcome and will never ever be. I'll close this one now since there is no point of keeping it open when the case is closed.

Bilalwal won't be unbanned, and won't be welcome on Ls-rcr.
