As it does take longer time, and more effort to drag a suspect, I don't think that it would be fair for a suspect to sit longer in jail.
Let's be honest here, LEO comes with a lot of benefits,starting with paycheck, and many other things which regular players have to work very hard for. To me personally, this standard jail time is much longer than it should be, I would cut it in half,, for reason that us LEOs always face it that there are not enough criminals, and have to fight with cops and army to get that one guy. So prolonging the time in jail just doesn't seem right for me. And not equally fair for the criminal, who again i mention, doesn't have the same benefits as a LEO.

This was my thought exactly too. We already use a lot of their time when dragging them and we often lack criminals on the server, extending the jail time could make this a bit worse but again I'm not sure how much this would affect the server considering there's usually not more than 1 or 2 S.W.A.T. teams.
