Ikr, but RA2 can't install for some reason (installer doesn't open) so I've just installed RA3, which is also a pretty good game.

No error, the installer window simply doesn't show, nor it does in Task Manager.

If that doesn't work, try VirtualBox or VMWare. Install there, copy the files over.
