We only have a chance to use the bomb, and we need to be in a close range and very careful. You still have the opportunity to jam it, and 30 seconds is more than enough, regarding to its rage. Swat bomb jammer is not buggy at all and also has a large range. It doesn't only stop you from bombing, but it stops all the swat members from doing so, with a bomb. If we do compare at army, there is the rhino which is a tank and has a huge support. It is slow indeed, but it can take out a whole cophunt. Unlike the rhino, you don't have any extra health with the bomb, but the bomb is more powerful. Also, unlike the rhino, the bomb can be used once only. Can Rhino engage orange suspects? No never except if they teaming with red
Imagine if all the swat features were removed. It would probably be a dream come true for some criminals and what they say would be right ''Swats without a bomb are like bunch of cops in a vehicle.''. Everyone would kill swat and again and again. Till, well, its not fun anymore. Without some challenge, it isn't really fun. When writing suggestions, make sure to think on both sides, rather than showing your madness because you got bombed once or more.
As long as the bomb is fully nerfable and there are no bugs/glitches in it, i don't think there should be any less features on swat regarding the bomb, or any extra features on criminals regarding the bomb. I believe that it is good the way it is. I personally have jammed the swat bomb. I copied the command and when a swat was coming close, i just pasted it. The range was far enough and he couldn't detonate it. If he did detonate it. me and the others would be dead, so it is really helpful and easy to use.
