Your current specs (motherboard,ram and CPU) ain't that bad for the moment.But,if you upgraded them with 170$ you can't call it much a "upgrade",sure if the CPU was at that cost it would've been great but you're looking for 3 specific items.Try to save up a bit more.If you get more money saved up just pm Robin,he knows more tech shit than I do any day.
