And there is no point in reporting a player for asking for the rights once. Always better to talk to that guy and let him know he is not allowed to constantly annoy someone for group rights. Most of these people who are asking for the rights barely knows English and they might have no idea about these rules. Let the 'reporting' be the last option.

Okay So you can only report if you’re a leader or someone who can give rights, what if you aren’t a person who can but still get spammed? I’m a member of a group and cannot give rights but legit get spammed regardless and some don’t stop even after allowing them to know that I can’t even give them what they want.

When it comes to reporting as a last resort I’m the last person you’d need to tell since that aspect of it is common sense. lol

And actually most of the people who beg for group rights are those who desperately want group status without having to actually do anything for it, they annoy because they know that they will get what they want eventually if they push hard enough, that and if it’s not a written down rule they know that they can try and pull the technicality trick(such as bad English or “I didn’t know”) if the admin is gullible enough to fall for it or not active enough to know the extent of the problem. I mean that in no offense but that is what I’ve seen in regards to certain problems I and the community has faced and faces.

I'm unsure about that first part, I suppose you could since they're still technically asking for rights. Sometimes they'll even ask you to ask a higher rank (happened to me once or twice) to give them rights. Then there's been cases where they go as far as telling me "insert leaders name here said I can be in the group so you must give me rights" then when I check with the leader, he said he never allowed it :p

I know exactly what you mean with the second part of your post. Though with this new rule, situations like that will hopefully disappear, or at the least, die down.

There must be a rule adjustement since in the way it's wroten we're not allowed to ask the Leaders for rights even if we are accepted in that group,means we'll have to wait a while for group rights.

The rule clearly states that, constantly asking/begging for group rights is not allowed. You are not allowed to constantly annoy someone in anyway. If you are accepted in a particular group you can receive the rights, that's not annoying.

I'm not sure if they will keep asking for rights to a regular member while knowing they can't get the rights from him. If he did so, then he must be purposely annoying you, you can gently talk to him that it is not allowed. If he kept doing it you can take the matter to a staff member/report it on forums.

Yes, that's true most of these guys are very much excited about having group rights. From the reports we received, we could narrow the list down. Most of the reports were against 4-5 players who kept doing it. The staff team tried to speak with 'em especially Envious he spoke to these guys and told 'em it's not allowed. Few of 'em repeated the same mistake and we had to add an official warning to their account. So we are well aware of those players who are doing it.
