Great suggestion, definitely a positive from me. Something needs to be done about this, a lot of people have started abusing it lately, just for "fun".

Imagine this - new system
If white is g, or on a roof in cop-hunt car, once you /su1 (same command as /su but new one for army who other leos couldn't use) them he gets wanted immediately. This would work only for army. And if they fire first (while carrying a white), white would get wanted immediately, not sure if it's scrip-able but sounds good. Members who would abuse this command (/su1) would get kick.
By adding this command and ability it would also solve the problem of innocents trying to 'save' their wanted mates by running next to them and making us impossible to fire.

Civilians are not always from cophunters side , too many newbies these days keep following other players to rob them and the best place they find to rob someone is in a cophunt and of course when they see a tank going towards a cophunt they follow it because they know there's 100 percent chance someone will die whom they will be able to rob.
Just don't depend on tank like Tank is the only thing Army has, make yourself skilled enough to handle some situations like these. Copy /inject 10 instead of /cuff , this will help you to live and kill more.

As you said, they know people will die. Which means they are aware if, lets say a tank is at the location, they are aware of the fact that they might die aswell, more specifically get blown up. That's the problem, if they are aware of things that might happen why should we get punished if they happen.

edit: Forgot to add something. If they are willingly at the location, aware of their surroundings and the danger of being there, doesn't matter if they are teaming or not. This isn't a matter of "thinking the tank is the only thing we have", it's a matter of not getting in trouble because of someone else and their actions.

Just don't depend on tank so much.

You mean that the tank must never be blown up by the criminals and you know that how hard it is to kill him even tho having 25 crimes and 1 army in a tank now make it 5 armies then we cant kill him. It kinda seems like some abuse but its not as its how it runs and better bs like that.

A tank vs a Sultan? If the tank was fast enough, i would have changed my vote. But yall can escape the tank easily.
