Being a Moroccan makes me able to communicate with all the Arabic players no matter what country they come from or how special their dialect is. This gave me the opportunity to be close to many cafe users including those who do not know how to express themselves in English.

So if you ask me about my opinion, I'd have to agree that there's a decent number of them making problems especially UC's, this could be due to their young age and thus lack of maturity, But still, it's not a motive for me to have the same judgment on all players once I hear they're playing in cafes. Because I've also met some that have shown incredible attitude and obeyance toward the server rules.
