Well here the thing is really that people choose to donate a little money, 20 dollars here, 20 dollars there, and bam, you get enough Americans willing to give away money to something they think should get it, then yeah, you'll get money spent on frivolousness things, but its not like you had a rich person just plop 500k from his bank account into her laps.
