How much do you hate the school

It's not bad, you'll need it in life. Unfortunately that isn't the case here in Bosnia and students have to attend college in other countries.

Keep in mind, we have two "the most" challenging colleges in the Europe (probably even outside of europe) (not exactly, but close enough), FIT (IT college) in Mostar (their programming teacher is Microsoft MVP - but, it doesnt mean we have the best programmers, no, not at all, the point is, we do have good teachers! - unlike my teacher, who only got IT diploma ) and Medicine/Medical college in Tuzla. One of the best IT engineers come from that college, and we definitely have highly rated doctors (surgeons) because of the hard college in Tuzla.
I would never study IT nor Medicine in other country, because we are one of the best. (many European scientists said this though).
The fact is we do miss some equipment, but we do have high quality education!!!
But, everything else sucks hard.

Now you are probably wondering, how and why?
World war made us good doctors, unfortunately.
High rate of unemployment forced us to go for "IT" and actually LEARN the profession - to become professionals! "IT" is one of the most promising job out there in the world, and thats why do we "force" ourselves to be so good. - to get out of this poor country and get well paid job in europe.
These are two reasons why do we have good doctors and IT experts...there are some more, but i see these two as the most effective ones

but, it doesnt necessarily mean we do have the best students, my point is, we do have quality programme to educate our students in these two fields

True, but as I'm in high school and as diplomas are very easy to get (to be bought) here, it seems less painful to study in Austria than it is here because of the high un-employment rate we have and false teachers with fake diplomas instead of checking their diplomas and hiring people that actually have great knowledge about that specific job and hiring them.

What I really hate is having to wake up early in the morning to attend school, not the school itself.

Also, school doesn't teach you everything. There are a lot of things in life that you won't be able to know about sitting on your desk 8 hours a day. The sooner you realize this, the better.

whenever I see students on their way to school, i cry for them.
School is the most boring place i have ever seen.
College and University are the cool places to hang around/learn stuff.

You don't hang out in college.

At-least I do and I even get good grades
