I think the water thing will work out fine because right down the road there is a dock by Claude or place to stop the boat .. It will means that it is a race to Claude ither the robber or the cops get there first


Could be sewer vent bro you slide down it and land In the ocean I've seen it in a lot of movies

It would have to be on the floor then but I think the roof exit is enough.

They won't grab the money and suicide, that would be some really dumb player. Why take the money and just jump off?

from when does you start believing on movies and the rivers are very far from banks it would not be realistic

Try reading my whole reply m8. They can and will suicide if they see that cops have entered the building and they're going to get arrested.

The roof of the Bank isn't high enough to kill yourself, atleast not with full health.

adding a rooftop will be a dis advantage for a cop in many ways . robbers plans their robberies and then try to rob bank almost all robbers uses helicopter for robberies and the cops will not be able to catch them and + all the roof top will be flooded with vehicles like the main enterance of the bank .
they need to make 2 enterances not rooftop exit

Also, it's easy to take a Maverick down using a Maverick yourself (and it's funny).

easy for army not easy for swat and normal police skin
