Players will kill (Dm) others players for the greed of money bag.

Now adays, People in bank Chainsaw eachother for no reason & this will make them more to kill other players as soon as they leave bank.

Re-add disarm system, +1.. Otherwise -1 because we already have enough dm'ers around.. this will just increase it.
