but what if I am a criminal and an AFK cop is besides me and I /q? That would be unfair?

+ if you don't come back within 30 minutes shouldn't be a problem.

Also, it is possible to check if someone is afk or not. As in the server can know this.

Actually not, but with some complicated scripting you can detect it (took me 6 hours to make lol).
