The proplem is that there is alot of questions got ignored or let's don't say ignored , but it's didn't got a answer anyway , that is the peoplem .

If even the supporters don't know the answer, then they're not going to get it from anywhere else. There's no solution to that problem.

We're not superior over others. Our duty is to help players and answer their questions and we're trying our best. If your question got ignored that means we didn't know the answer to your question.

They should be able to I think.

Supporters are fine, it's just weird when you ask one question and get two answers that are completely different. Supporters should probably know the rules and other things player might ask about before applying.
