I like the idea and everything, but remember you're robbing bank. From one bag you can get up to 200k and there needs to be certain amount of risk and the current one is almost alright. Implementing this, bank robbery would be too easy.

A big yes for this. LEOS are always camping outside, it is so hard to get out or away from the bank with getting killed/arrested/robbed but the LEOs should have an special door that leads directly to it as well. It would be unfair for putting the door only for criminals.

ANyone should be able to use this emergency door at any time

This will be added in the near future. Developers don't have enough time to implement this for now. However, I'll add this suggestion to High Priority' on the list!
