I personally think it's a nuisance for using the white color for the rules. You can just use the search and find it. So no this won't get added.

Suggestion: Making a special skin for captains.
Reason: Like there is special skin for leaders, but for captains, it might be helpful to show respect

Suggestion: Putting cars near HQ.
Reason: Like mapped cars that are permantly, that only guys from the group can drive.
