I'm in Swat for 7 months and I'm a specialist like you. Am I happy with my rank? Yes and no. Tbh I don't really care are you private or first sgt. Of course it would be nice to be higher rank but is that really so important?

Yeh, I agree that there should be some promotions done. There are a lot of new members who are really active and I think they deserve a promotion.

Btw the only reason why are there "ranks" in Swat is because the commanders can somehow prize the active and helpful members...You should play as Swat because it makes fun and not because you think if you are active you'll get a promotion.
Promotion is in fact the same as the commander saying: "You have done a good job in Swat recently. You are active, skilled and helpful."

If the commanders should promote you everytime you've done a great work we need way more ranks in this team.

I meant good job in a period of time. E.g. you did a good job in the last month or similar...

Asking for promotion won't result in a promotion. You can be even demoted if you constantly ask for promotions.
When the commanders fell a promotion is needed they'll promote you.

Personally I'm happy when I get a promotion but I won't scream all the day: "I GOT PROMOTED YAAAY"
You got promoted, so what? It's not a big thing and higher rank won't make you better.

Simply wait, the commanders will promote you if you are ready. Show trust to the commanders.

Man you shouldn't be dissapointed. I reached the Specialist rank in 7-8 Months, you got it in less than 5. Just wait, Like Sunday Said, The commanders will do a Promotion when they feel you're ready.

E.g. Policajac is in Swat for 1 year and he's "only" a corporal. (One rank higher than you)
I'm in Swat 7 months (longer than you) and I'm not dissapointed so I don't see why should you be.

Have you read my posts? You are dissapointed because you weren't promoted? Promotion ARE NOT important. Your activity, skills and attitude are. It looks like you are oppsesed with the promotions because it seems you play only for them.
