I'm neutral on this suggestion since everyone will spawn as a Hacker instead of any other skill. The idea sounds really nice.

If successful, everyone gets an equal share, and n% of money is robbed from Energ's account, wherein n > 0 && n < 1.

I know what you wanted to say with this, but this isn't just right...

+1 Your idea is a good starting point but it needs to be adjusted on some points. Most likely the time between the hacks, 1 hour should be twice a day because otherwise it's still too OP.

Is it, by any chance, possible for someone to hack a store outside the interior? He's a hacker anyway, doesn't need to go inside. And also, since he's outside, he could do it while being in a vehicle or just on foot but would get the wanted level after the process of hacking. It's not op though, like, cops are already very op anyway, ets just create balance
