Don't remove the actual vortex, but remove those from bases. Owned votexes should be retained, and not those free ugly ones coming from any base.

They are Deathmatching you? Take proofs and report them and Vortex is easy to destroy.

or reduce bases' vortex's HP to 500 if you don't wanna remove it
