Gamemodes like altis life, with a lot of players make you lag alot true. 20-30 Fps is average there
On Coop missions and modes like Battleroyale (which, quite frankly are the ones that arma is about) i get up to 100 fps...

Yeah, that is true. I get like 60+ fps on those except roleplaying servers. But I played hours and hours of DayZ with 25 fps so no problem at all.
