It's not a comparison. Staff members used to answer the questions and don't get me wrong, they still have to do it. The Supporters are in charge of that now. The 1% of what Staff members have to do (also willingly).

They are *supporting* us, that is why they're called that way. It doesn't make them staff members in any way, regardless of what they might believe.

So, this system would make it so questions asked through /ask are now posted in the mainchat in a unique way to differentiate them from the normal white text

Then players can see it and answer normally, and supporters can answer using the command but its in a unique way just like the question and also posted in the mainchat so people can correct them if they are giving incorrect info.

I personally love the suggestion, good shit

What are you guys on about? Just a little thing I want to say. Supporters applied to get the "job", they did it willingly. Now one of you is saying that you're not machines or that you're busy in game.

Well fellas, welcome to the Staff's world. This is what we always do. This is how it feels like. You applied to be something "more than a regular player" who has...guess what...more responsibility.

Nobody asked you to answer right after the question had been asked, but to assist the player. If you don't feel like doing so or can't do it in the first place, nobody is forcing you to be a supporter and by all means, nobody asked you to apply.
Well I will not speak for all the supporters because I don't know what they all do but I'm sure some of them do the same as me, I Do help people who do /ask whenever I can, playing as army most of the time I pause my gameplay and help them, what all supporters and staff do is Balancing playing and helping at the same time so we can play and help as well.

You still fail to understand that helpinng and playing cannot coexist..

If you dont wish to believe me because of a lack of a staff position or whatnot, ask any former staff member or any current one, or any regular player that "bothers" himself with helping others

Well it's not like we get Questions all the time Staff in the other hand have reports 24/7 but believe me since I got the supporter rank till know there is no Question I saw And did not answer And if I did not answer it's because I'm AFK or other supporters already answered and I do play and have fun all the time, I Guess I've Found a way to Balance things up...

And for the Suggestion:
-1
I don't think we need this to be Applied But what we do need is some Improvements To the Supporters such as a command accepting a Question&A command Showing the Question that has been asked and the player id beside it and an info shows if someone answered or not so we can get to the person if the chat going fast and we didn't see the Question For Example ( Player name(16) Asked: How to rob the bank? >Stats = Not Answered) The Questions list should have a time limit of 5 to 12 Minutes and then it should be reset I'm Sure this Will help a lot of Supporters Answer More Questions.

Of course you can balance the two. You can still have fun, no doubt about it.

On topic: I do believe that the suggestion is a good one. I'd love to see the questions and answers in the mainchat, highlighted with a different color.

Terrible idea, not only cause it remains to be private but also because you are saying no one can type a question in 5 min.

I'll say this for the last time since I keep repeating myself:

Supporters aren't staff members. No one is forcing you to be one, and no, you're not "busy" as a supporter. Genuinely helpinng players WILL disrupt your gameplay, else what you're doing isn't helping but just throwing answers on to someone's face without even bothering to check up on them, welcome them to the server, etc

I give up replying since this would be the 10th time of me stating the exact same thing.

Lets get some more opinions in but I'm pretty sure the scale has tipped to positive on adding this.
