Yeah seems like a good suggestion, but I think it might make a lot of people rage. Not talking about the one's getting robbed, but about the ones who rob.
They might spend their loot card on robbing an officer who has only 100$ in them, you know? And once the players know that you have a loot card, they'd never keep a lot of money. However in addition to this suggestion, I suggest that the loot card robs all your pocket money and not a percentage of it, which might remove this issue a bit.

I am positive on this suggestion.

Why should it be accepted: Well a loot card should be a donation item like for 1 donation point you get 6 loot cards and the card should be active for 7 days once used.These can be used to get 2x or 3x the money the player robs from store or banks excluding the money robbed from other players.

Now this will be just too much to offer... Like you're already getting so much money, very easy money robbing as a con artist.. even if you don't have 1500 score and can't enter black market, even the normal shops give very good amount of money now and giving a 2x or 3x boost on that would highly imbalance the economy, still a -1
