Based on the amount of positive feedbacks we will bring this to discussion and come up with a decision within 14 days. I would like to make it clear that existing bans will not be updated under any circumstances. In other words, if one was issued a perm ban for hacking it will remain even if this is accepted.

You should really consider doing this because server has maximum 50 players and that's way too little. In some servers there is system that can recognize if you have any unfair mods/cheats and when you connect it kicks you after 5 seconds and tells user to delete whatever he has. Also why wouldnt you change some perma bans to like 1 month? 1 month is enough I think. Many players got perma ban recently for rulebreaking, and it's just ridiculous especially because they're still newbies.
You really should do something because there are way too little players. Hiring more admins and upgrading autoban system would be great.

No what needs to happen is the administration needs to dish out more permanent bans and actually stick to them. I don’t care about how old they are, this is an 18+ game, kids should not even be playing it to begin with, besides not dishing out punishments to people causing problems within the community is one of the contributing factors as to why people do not want to even login to Lsrcr at all these days because kids who ruin other people’s gameplay get away with it for extended periods of time. Let’s look at the fact that they will even evade a 2 day ban and that’s why they became permanently banned, it’s common knowledge not to break rules and have gamebreaking/advantage mods as well as abuse bugs but how often is this the case in Lsrcr? since they see it as a safe haven to rulebreak and purposely annoy/ provoke community members. Lsrcr now even has a reputation of allowing people to do what they want if they ban evade constantly which drives new players away if anything so this suggestion will change nothing and keep Lsrcr in the condition it’s in currently which is further keeping the former community as well as new players from wanting to join Lsrcr.

Huge -1

I agree for a large part (I've marked it in bold), but for the rest, not really.
IF they actually remove the permanent bans, they should hand out bans more often to those that break rules, not the silly 1-day bans if they keep causing trouble for the 5th time.
Bans are handed out not that often, just a warning, which means literally nothing to the people that break rules this often. If you're a civilized community member, you care about warnings AND the rules, the youngsters that constantly break rules? I doubt they would even remotely care about how many warnings they got.

Rulebreakers get away with stuff with no effective punishment if you ask me.

My take on the suggestion, I agree that permanent bans should be removed, but only IF they act more harshly on the constant rulebreakers (like, 1-week bans for each rulebreak, depends on the case). Official warnings shouldn't really be a thing anymore for anything other than administrative purposes to keep track of the player's history, as said above they're quite ineffective 90% of the time.

I still don't like the idea of giving cheaters a second chance. You already know they've cheated, why give them a second chance to do it again? Still a negative from me.

Hackers should be permanently banned if they ruined our gameplay,
If those hackers was not on purpose they should temp banned or forgiven or warned.
Other than hacker punishment, they should get temp banned only (if not ruin our gameplay).

Give the ban evaders a chance if they didn't rulebreak anymore. If they were promised not to do it again. since it is just a game don't be too serious. We are just a human, doing mistakes not like an angel. I believe some ban evaders are changed, also like me, i was ban evade to and realised and repented from being toxic.
