There are extreme stuffs which is not applicable in normal porn, but available in hentai.

- Extreme BDSM, such as Eup***ia. It's probably replicable in normal porn but, ew. holy. I haven't actually watched it but imagining the review and summary already scares me.
- Lolicon. While it is not legal for both animated and normal porn to have minors participating, hentai can easily create an underaged character and called it an adult (lul). The topic has been debated for quite a while.
- Fantasy. You can draw anything and add sex into it. Hentai can simulate nearly everything imaginable, while normal porn has limitations all over.

However I don't recommend watching it too often. The creators are kinda psychopath-ic and it may influence the watcher in a bad way.
