why?
1.I have to handle Stunt Kings and Maxican Mafia Family stuff.
2. this inactive group. (Making activies , 1 per 3 days doesn't mean the group active.)

However we are not making 1 action per 3 days, actually Higher ranks are busy planning on a huge Up-date.
