Regarding the base suggestion, why? Cops, army-swat members have a base because that is their job. They ought to kill/arrest suspects, while innocents aren't forced in any way to do that.

And because everyone is saying cops are too op etcetera, etcetera,,

Cops are supposed to be stronger than criminals, why? Try to figure out.

This has been suggested shit tons of times. I think the issue is the server does not want to promote cop hunting. The skill has to have some purpose. Like shaco said, it used to be for alcatraz inmates.

I would suggest the skill to have special perks that improve being a criminal rather than a new class.

I think it needs more thinking and few more ideas.
