Hmm I duno.. Like I know exactly where you're coming from, but we're not really a fully strict RP group. And application is just one thing, abiding by the rules is another thing.
So if any member isn't following the rules, they will get demoted/kicked from the group. Easy.

I wana quickly introduce a +/- system, where anyone can nominate a + positive or a -negative vote to a fellow ninja.
You must give the name of the ninja you want to nominate, and give a thorough reason as to why you're voting them.
You can do this ANYTIME!
But in the end, it is always up to me to decide whether to give that ninja a + or a -..

I wana give a + to the following:
Cheese - for finding the HQ
Sk1pper - being a good bodyguard yesterday. Kicked DMer ass for me, and helped me escape cops with great skills.

5 + is an automatic PROMOTION
3 - is an automatic DEMOTION.
5 - in a row is a kick.

Why dya wish to learn the ways of the ninja? I wanna learn the way of the ninja because they are the most awesome thing on the world. I reckon the ninja is the best thing in the whole world. I also watched this movie you based this on and it is awesome. i loved every bit of it. I wanna learn the ninjas way because i love how they are so silent when they move and how they kill there opponents so silently and how they are so unpredictable. (min. 100 words): -

Sorry if im spamming but you know what you guys should do,record a video when you ninja guys go assassinate someone at night,jumping from roof to roof and stuff,not using weapons except katana and not using vehicles

That's a suggestion. And thanks for that! I will definitely do this! Since I've been wanting to make a video for a while now!
I guess I'll need 2 other ninjas and maybe 2 more that will act as thugs?
