what i want to do is take that shack looking house off the freeway out to the country from los santos and make it my house/ bar. how i plan on doing this, is by taking an average interior house look for my house, and the 10 green bottles interior for the second house. please contact me on teamspeak so i can tell you exactly what i mean. but i want it to be two house icons. one be a house, one be a bar. its all in the same location. but houses you said go for 60 million in game so im paying 120 million (60million x 2) to purchase both of these houses. also there is some things that concern me... one, i have a house already. i wanna make sure i can buy this place and be able to have the other house. secondly, i will only buy this bar/house if it is perminent. rain22 told me i could keep the other house and also this house is perminent. thank you. but seriously... preferibly Energ.... please talk to me on teamspeak so i can tell you exactly what i want.
