Make 2 shots like C bug I never use 2 shots so I wouldn't care if it was not allowed

Sawn off is one of the few viable weapons against cops trying to arrest you. If it's a fast arrester, it's probably the only weapon you can stick with. This won't happen for now as you probably don't realize how much it would nerf criminals versus cops.
