How exactly are you planning to measure the activity of the factions members? These things are only available to display to the Faction High Command and can't be looked back at a later date.
To clarify, I assume you mean the time spend in skin by 'activity' instead of score.

The Faction High Command will provide me with the actvity increase of the member participating during the month. We will figure about who has spent the most time in skin and the person with the highest activity wins. Simple.

Just wanna say it's impossible to compare rape score with arrest score. Gaining arrest score is easier like 10 times.

Actually I think it’s the way around considering the criminal count nowadays and the ‘competition’ of other LEOs...
Whilst a rapist can walk up to literally EVERYONE and /rape, instead of having to chase down someone and /taze /cuff /ar

I thought the same, but if you actually try playing as rapist, and raping everyone - everyone's gonna kill you. If you gonna just rape and die it's really shit gameplay. As for cops, they spawn in lspd where most of crime happen, and those are easy arrests. When Nobody made event to arrest idk maybe 20 (different) players, I did that within 30 min, and server had like 20 players changing atm. Anyway my point is it is easier to gain ar score because of those people who just /rob at lspd, and then someone paroles them and again and again and again.
