Please try to discuss properly and stay objective. A lot of people fail to do that and if you want to be heard you should write proper arguments. .

Literally, Everyone here wants to convey the same thing.

I have a idea.
If there is one swat and one criminal it should not be allowed to use swat boms and some more limitations.
There should be limits when it can be used.
It's just unfair when it is used over a single criminal.

Basic rules should be added, as ducati said it's shouldn't be allowed to use in situations 1v1, 2v2. Another good idea would be to allow it only against highly wanted and most wanted suspects and medium who are teaming with highly wanted or most wanted suspect.

The problem with current swat bomb is that the members bomb the suspect who is alone and they are even teaming up with many of their friends. So kindly place some limitations since everyone has the ability to use it. Everyone gets promotion too easily that they activate the usage of bomb. Make some limitations that they cannot use bomb on suspect who is yellow and not teaming up with anyone or otherwise. Mostly -1 will be coming up from faction members since they know they dont have any skills to arrest criminals other than the perks which they get.

Just disallow bomb to be used against solo orange/red wanted suspect.

There should be some amendments in usage of the bomb like Ackman stated above either by using it only against cophunters/most wanted or nerfing by decreasing the shock bomb's affection on range and duration on /shock cmd also reducing the probability of stalling vehicle's engine.

Agreed with Ducati n Faraon there should be some limitations added for swat bomb because many times i saw swat use swat bomb to catch only 1 criminal. It means 2 or 3 swat members can’t take 1 criminal without using swat bomb?
Some limitations should be like:
1) Swat can use swat bomb if there is 2 red wanted player teaming with orange or red wanted player.
2) If there are more then 4-5 orange players are teaming.

Another good idea would be to allow it only againts highly wanted.

I don't think majority of replies are non-serious or away from the topic. The point is clear as fuck that it is unfair in 1vs1 situation.
And the people who favoured for the bomb didn't even mentioned 1vs1 situation. They had mentioned each situation except it for eg 1swatvs4crimianls bla and bla. It is not mentioned by them because maybe they know themself.....

I rarely play as criminal and everyone knows that, still we made the previous SWAT bomb completely removed due the suggestions / complaints that were about it, now with the new shock bomb added,

He himself gave the reason what he wrote is fully from the point of view of a swat commander.Because if you don't play as a criminal you won't know how difficult is to tackle out these things. Simple as that. I am not saying you are unfair but I am trying to say that you don't have any experiences of these days criminality.

And yes if you want to bring it back. We'll welcome swat bomb back but I don't know playerbase will be back or not.
