No, he doesn't at all. Not sure based on what you have such impressions, but it looks good on him lol, maybe it's just my opinion, but it DEFINITELY doesn't make him look homeless or bad. I see nothing wrong, they are just accessories and that's all lol. It doesn't look nice when you comment on someone's appearance like that with absurd statements as an 'argument'

That's Johnny Depp, you can't ignore the fact that he looks very good with the rings and stuff lol. Doesn't look homeless at all to me lol... Been People's sexiest man alive 2 times, he's been always wearing stuff like that and it looks really good on him, another example is Keith Richards.

Not sure how can you ruin yourself by wearing such stuff.
