I'd suggest making a system where every player has a warning sheet. If you've never been warned, you're 0/3. If you rulebreak, you get a warning (1/3) or two if it's a severe rulebreak. If you reach 3/3, you get a timeban. When the timeban is over, you go back to 0/3. Simple but effective.. and when people reach 2/3 they'll actually be cautious about the rules, unlike now, people get warned several times and they just keep going.

week ban 6 DM's
Month Ban 9 Dm's Purpose dm's ofcourse
3 Month ban 12 dm's.
6 month ban Lets bump it up to 6 offenses now so 18 dm's
and perma ban 24 DM's or something like that
And false rp would count as 0.5 or something
