It doesn't actually apply to kids, it is mainly for people who can handle it. We're talking about people who are 12+.

It also doesn't apply if you're travelling, if you're pregnant or if you're ill.

They will not, its allowed from 10+

What do you know about Ramadan? I love the fact that Ramadan isn't supposed to make you lose weight, nor to make you less active throughout the day. The main purpose of Ramadan is to make you feel for those who don't have money for food. and also to make you closer with your family and friends.
