I still stick to what I said.. Yeah you may get beat up. Something you shouldn't be afraid of.
Take the beating, eventually you'll learn to fight and they will get tired of being suspended. (and/or beat)
They will get tired of being in trouble, having phones games and tv taken away for bullying you. (punishment from mom)
If you wimp out and accept it then you have accepted it. So you should expect to be bullied.

If you push a guy and he wimps out... You know the next time you push him, he will wimp out AGAIN.
If you push a guy and he spits in your face. You know the next time you push, he will spit on you AGAIN.

The third of Newton's laws of motion of classical mechanics states that forces always occur in pairs. This is related to the fact that a force results from the interaction of two objects. Every force ('action') on one object is accompanied by a 'reaction' on another, of equal magnitude but opposite direction.


So if you do nothing after a guy pushes you, that's your reaction. Now he will exploit it.

Yet you continue to argue.

Stick up for yourself and punch them back. I deal with people like this daily when I'm doing the doors. (I'm a bouncer). They think they can do what they want and no one will do anything to them. Stick up for yourself, even if you lose, they will gain respect for you and leave you alone because they know you wont sit back and take it. In the end they will get bored.
