It's not all about how fast you taze/cuff/arrest/search & uncuff someone. You should have cool tactics, decent aim n so on.
I would say - as long as I cannot mention swat/army members (who are always in swat/army skin) - NiggaYouGay, Carl_J, Mason, OfficerJustin2012 & Naruk.

I am 9/10 in SOC, 2/10 in duel, 6/10 in M4, 1/10 in sniper, 9/10 in Nrg, 7/10 in Sultan.
