I tested him in game,here's the results:
Roleplay skills: 3.5/5 (he got knowledge about roleplaying,still needs some improvements tho)
Shooting: 3.5/5 (ey,im a tough opponent so dont judge him xD )
Driving: 5/5 (better driver than i am lol)
Rules: 5/5 (he knows the rules,but got difficulties to explain because he needs to improve his english as well)

Overall: 4.25
