Username:

I've seen a name with: FkThemAll
I don't know if you like to have these kind of username in the server but it should be removed. It's like using a name like: FuckYouLsRcr. . . would you like it if you see that? I don't think. . .
Then, I'd suggest to kick them for at least 1 or 2 minutes.
Make a proper name without any insults into it would be quite good.

Kicks - DM:

You may know that there are still people who deathmatch in the server. These players should get kicked for 5 minutes ( Minimum ). Or they'll still deathmatching in the server. They need a strict lesson about it.

Civils:

I think, you guys have already seen some people shooting you while being a civilian. These kind of players should get wanted stars if they hit the player targeted.
Example:
Army => 4 Wanted Stars
Cop => 3 Wanted Stars
Civilian => 2 Wanted Stars
etc. . .

Indestructible chassis - Car Armour - Bulletproof tires:

I think that it would be good if our vehicle doesn't get ruined as for example hit a pole, It'll ruin the beauty of the car. Adding a indestructible chassis would be very nice. It won't ruin the beauty of the car.
Adding a "Car armour" would be good too. . . get more health for the vehicle to don't get blown up quickly. . .
Adding "Bulletproof tires" to the vehicle would be extremely insane. You'll not be obliged to:
-Control your car
-Drive into Pray'N'Spray
-Changed your car if needed

You may know that it's some "SUGGESTIONS". . . I'm suggesting all I had to suggest. Or if we can't suggest, just TELL me.

Players get quizzed when they successfully dm a player when its done second time they get jailed 3rd time they get jailed 4th time a warning with an auto-kick as you seem to be a new player around i believe you're not completely aware of the system as you stated in you're suggestion that about kicks also single dm is reportable if there is an auto system added that when you drive-by an innocent the player must be kicked it would be pretty annoying as most of the times it happens to be a miss fire or some newbies may come in you're path repeatedly or some people tend to joke around you can't just simply punish them.

And for the username one it can be done manually by a staff member

For the civils one when a leo can make use of an /rp id reason command to make a player wanted by an rpish reason the server must not add wanted levels as the player dosent receive damage this is not a Deathmatching server.

All the suggestions aren't necessary. -1 for all.

I don't believe players often join with offensive names, and when they do they are always asked by a Staff Member to change them. It has never really been an issue.

As for the deathmatching part, players get kicked when they deathmatch someone too many times. First they get auto-quized, then auto-jailed, auto-warned, then kicked. You can also report someone to a Staff Members/on the forums anytime and they will be dealt with. LEOs can always use /RP <id> <reason> too and that gives wanted level to a player in case they are attacked and whatnot. Check https://ls-rcr.com/rules/ for valid RP reasons.

Lastly, this is a semi-roleplay server and we wouldn't like to add something like bulletproof tires. We are currently working on making some changes to focus more on a CnR gameplay. Players need to either call a mechanic or go to PayNSpray to fix their vehicles, and that's the only logical way to.

We appreciate your suggestions but we don't believe those are needed. You can always create a new one if you have something else in mind!
