I tazed him and wrote out /cuff 34 but he managed to log out at the very same moment I hit enter - trying to cuff him which is proven by the timestamp. (ID 34 is not a active player (as he logs out at 17.54.34) & the command to cuff him was sent also at 17.54.34). He logged back in at 17.54.56 which is 22 seconds later.
