Additional information: I asked him later in game why did he shoot me and he told me 'because I can', im not sure if he was being serious or sarcastic but I was serious

Can somebody inform him in game to defend himself here, since his last seen was 22nd of June and probably doesnt know he is reported.

Judging the high amount of missiles was fired, I highly doubt you made a miss-click and shot by accident.

There's one more thing I'd like to find out before giving a final verdict, please stand by.

You could've told me it was a miss click when I asked you in game, instead you told me its allowed to do that, and now saying it was a miss click, which confirms the lie.

Gooby has been caught lying on a report, shooting at an orange suspect with a Hydra and shooting at suspects without using /su. So two warnings will be added to his name. This means that Gooby has a total of 3 warnings now.

GoobyPlz has been dishonorably discharged for Hydra rule violation.
