They would snipe u while u are standing still and waiting for grenade to explode and jump at the right time, will die before getting to them

That jump is from the back, either they won't see me or their aim wouldn't be clear enough to snipe me

By the time u reach there you would be dead when its actually put into action

Not really because we don't lose much health while doing it. Also the criminal up there can be busy sniping or shooting someone else, hence you can 4-shot him to death. And we have injections though
