Suggestion headline: Disallow cuffed criminals to arrest theirselves while they are cuffed by going to any police department checkpoint.

Why should it be accepted: So i have faced a lot of criminals arresting theirselves whilst being cuffed by me and i'd like to disallow that as there's no point of that, that's all!

When they are cuffed they should not be able to surrender or even if he jumps in red checkpoint while being cuffed the leo who cuffed it should get the score for arresting.
Because some people intentionally do it just to annoy you.

That red checkpoint is for swat or for going to surrender.
There is literally no point disallowing them to self arrest. You want them behind bars so they went themselves. What a big deal.

The fact is that you need score and to gain score you just posted this. Instead focus on your soc and arrest them.

What's wrong with self arresting? It has always been like that and I dont think this is needed. - 1

Here's my issue with this...

What about self fines?

I often use /infect getting a level two wanted level, which is a 1000 dollar fine. I hop in the circle, pay my fine, and go infect more. Without the ability to pay the fine however, I'd have to wait for a cop to come fine me, and I've had that abused where they will see yellow players, abuse /rp, and make them orange to shoot/arrest. Besides, it can take them forever to find and fine a yellow, we're not cared about.
