Describe the bug: New alcatraz is bugged. Once the suspect is arrested, he falls from the ground, then dies and he will get out of the jail after his death. got some proofs https://imgur.com/a/Dxuk6CT

Steps to reproduce: Just arrest someone and he will get drop in the alca then he will get auto un-jail.

This should be fixed now, it has been tested. It's not in main server yet, however it's in beta. It will be pushed very soon.

There used to be a system to avoid this, but it was removed as it caused a lot of issues with the new outside yard.
I've re-made the thing and made it compatible. As Mastro said; it's in the beta server already and will be pushed along with other updates sooner or later. Until then, enjoy a free release I guess...
