Offense(s): Using tank cannon on me while I was orange to destroy my car, then insulting me. This was also BEFORE I was wanted.

Additional information: Yesterday, [Lsrcr]ZL50 applied for Asian Assassins (you can go see his application). Today, as soon as I logged in, he began spouting how I am stupid and pathetic for not posting the results of his test. I had. He had missed his own name. When I pointed it out, he continued. I blacklisted him from the group. That is when I got https://imgur.com/a/uQOgAzF sent to me.

Shortly after, when I was at a wanted level of four after getting the star at LSA, I see a tank coming down the road. He's the only army online. I get out JUST as he fired. My car was destroyed, and he then shot me until I had barely any health, but still arrested me...for a level 4 wanted level...then started insulting me more, and even got into it with the entire chat about his rulebreaks. He's an exact list of his violations, from your own rules.

You may not use the Rhino's against innocents, low wanted suspects (yellow), medium wanted suspects (orange) & hitmen (also applies when having a hit). You may however, use the Rhino against a medium wanted suspect if they are teaming with highly wanted suspect or with a most wanted suspect,after using the /su and waiting 5 seconds to expire.

You may use the Rhino to ram medium wanted suspects (also applies to higher wanted suspects) vehicle in order to disable it.

You may not argue with other players or with other Army members as well as with other members of another group or faction. Army members are required to maintain good manners & discipline at all times. Note: Be humble in victory & gracious in defeat.

He argued with me and other users, laughing about how 'army will not take rights because army sucks'

When using an army vehicle that requires /su in order to fire, you must /su the driver or any passenger that is inside the vehicle. (Passengers/those on top will see the warning also)

You may open fire on wanted suspects (those specified in the rules of the vehicle) without /su if you are attacked/being shot at by them.

He never used /su and I never fired a shot. He claimed many time 'you no know army rules!'. I clearly do. I once seriously considered joining the Army, and learned them. And this is all because I denied him rights to my group (Asian Assassins) and blacklisted him.

I saw the cannon fire. the picture was taken right before my vehicle exploded, So in under a second my car exploded, you arrived, and cuffed me? Not even you are godly enough at type to accomplish that. But even if you didnt, even if you rammed me, and that was all lag or whatever bullshit excuse you make...

You DID argue in army skin, army skin is purple. You were purple when I logged in, and when the argument over rights in Asian Assassins took place.

You are also expected to be respectful in army skin. Telling me 'people who dont understand jokes like you must die' is not only extremely rude, it can be taken as threat and reported to the server.

I never knew you were joking. I never took what you said as a joke. You 'it's a joke' defense holds no water when only you think it's a joke and no one else finds it to be one. I've also read other reports against you. Almost every time you claim your various rule violations are 'jokes'. We aren't laughing. We don't find it funny. You have a history of breaking rules, claiming it was a joke, and I have proven this just another part of that very long history.

Not if you only glance and hit the wall. Lag and ping have caused that issue before. Even if what I saw was wrong, and even if I gave you the benefit of the doubt and it was a ram and lag made me see something different from what you actually did...those screenshots show nothing other than me saying you can't ram me either. And ok, I misunderstood that rule. Apparently you CAN ram an orange, but still, lets give you more benefit of the doubt. Lets say you did ram me and I did misunderstand the rules, and all of that is moot...

Telling someone the "deserve to die' is NOT a joke, and not acceptable. Ever. Even out of skin, it was wrong. Also, how dare you continue to insult me?

You can use /ignore too to solve this problem and this is not the correct section to report for this thing while you know I didn't break tank rules and I wasn't in Army skin when we talked.

Okay, so, this report got a bit off track but I'll reply to most of it anyway.

Starting, ZL5O, there's ZERO need to go out and personally attack someone. You're already on thin ice considering the amount of complaints and the two warnings you've already collected.

Lost_Soul, when reporting someone you should be having proper evidence, without proper evidence we can't take any action. If you believe that ZL5O insulted you, you may report him in the 'normal' report section. Also, Lsrcr might not be for you if you feel attacked relatively easily.

As for the actual report itself: there's zero evidence supporting the claims of ZL5O's misuse of the Rhino.

Report dismissed due to a lack of evidence.
