Suggestion headline: Separation of Cop Hunting/RP groups

Why should it be accepted: The basic premises of this is simple. Cop hunting groups such as Devils, Terrorist, and Blackouts will be regarded as different groups than RP groups such as Pagati, Maltesini, or Asian Assassins. Each group type will have it's own pros and cons. These two group types combat the different LEO group types.

Cop hunters are like Army: They shoot first and ask questions later.
RP groups are like SWAT: They are more RP based, focused on doing things beside shooting the place up and TDMing.
Unaffiliated groupless criminals will be the opposite of the LSPD.

Cop Hunting groups will still function as they do now. Weapons racks, item racks, cars, ect. The only real change they will feel is the need to request drugs. Instead of simply paying for a drug rack refill, that will now be the job of RP groups.

When a Cop Hunting group is low, the use /order drugs and the RP groups will recieve an amount and price. If they accept the amount and price, they do /airdrop drugs

This is where RP groups shine, because this is where everything gets hard. When an airdrop is called in, a marker appears at a random location in San Fierro or Las Venturas. The RP group then has to race out to the location and acquire the shipment. Once they load up, their vehicle and players go HOT, as in wanted level 6+ hot. Cops will be flooding in. We would have to race the supplies back to the requesting Cop Hunter group. Upon delivery, we get paid and they have their racks refilled.

But there is more to this than just a quick mission. See, the issue is drug dens and dealers now have too much use. So, a simple fix is always good. RP groups can also /airdrop den for a smaller load that is legal to carry (as in we do not get wanted) unless it's searched and found. This den amount is delivered to drug dens all over. Dealers from Cop Hunting groups, as well as unaffiliated criminals, then go to the dens, purchase drugs, then sell them to others. To put it simple, we are creating a trickle down spiderweb effect of supply and demand for drugs.

RP groups are suppliers. We load up Cop Hunting groups and Dens.
Dealers from Cop Hunting groups can get free drugs from the rack to sell for a profit.
Dealers without a group can purchase it from a den and sell it to profit.

This does many things. No longer will a criminal have 200 grams on them ready to heal all the time. They would have to be smart and ration it. Groups would have to actually order it and wait, not just be instantly gratified with free stuff. The dealer class would be useful again for getting product to the smaller newer criminals. The Medic classes would also be needed again in case drugs run out.

Now this same idea could be done with weapons, but this idea got some feedback in the discord and I wanted to plan more on it. For now, the drug portion is sound. The discord has given much feedback, ideas, and support for this. I am thankful to them for their help.

It's not useless, the staff have been looking at this idea for a bit and like it. Now, I see from your signature that you are blackouts. You would experience almost ZERO change. The only difference you would see, is that instead of your leader buying drugs for the rack and having it instantly, he would request it and someone would drop it off for you. That's all you'd see change. This is more for RP groups such as Pagati, Maltesini, and Asian Assassins.

I really like the idea of giving more to RP families. This sounds rather interesting and would like to see it implemented on the server.

There is more to it than that. For far too long, the ONLY official RP group is Pagati. Maltesini is a close second, but they don't have half the rights Pagati has. Pagati has been far too content to sit back and do fuck all roleplay wise because why shouldn't they? No other RP groups, no challenge, no competition. I say let RP groups have all the same rights as Pagati, bring in the drug thing, and Pagati will still playing ball real fast.

literally liked the whole idea.. positive. If there're none of the RP Group player online (should wait a little before forwarding) then the order should be forwarded to one of the online Drug Dealers having 100+ hit score or Crack dens idk

Pagat is an official faction and it was created by the server creators,they get free updates because they're considered just like SWAT and Army.Unlike Pagati,we(Maltesini) have to pay for every update since we're a regular Group but this doesn't prevent us from working hard and the results are obvious.

I like the idea but where do RP families get the drugs from? Realisticly,families usually grow up the drugs,specifically weed in fields or inside their base(indoors) with incandescent lights.The second idea would not be enough since we've limitations of base space and we'd have to pay for an extra floor to grow weed.I'd like to see your thoughts on this.

I personally thought of making a seperate world and there would be FIELDS for sale,prices would depend in field's size and we'd have to use DPs to buy them (purchasing them with real money would cost to everyone so DPs could be the best so neither us or server lose) and build "greenhouses"(I'm not sure if this is correct but it's basically an isolated place and it's hot inside)
Then growing up the drugs would take like seven real days or more,in that way Cophunting groups would learn to manage their drugs and not everyone would be using drugs(this would make a balance aswell).We should not be able to own more than 3-4 fields since it would be unbalanced if a Mafia owns all of the fields,it would ruin the business.We should be able to sell the fields aswell but a thing the server should require is a transporting truck,I'd give the option of paying 3 DPs monthly or making it permanent by paying 10 euros(current price of vehicles).

The original idea I posted explained airdrops. You call in an airdrop, it gets dropped at a random location, and you go get it. I like the idea of growing drugs, but that is simply far too complex and such for such a thing. A simple /airdrop command, placing a marker in a random spot, that we have to get, is far easier and makes it more unlimited.

Ideas from this suggestion and its discord discussion has been applied to the upcoming version.
