I'm here again applying for this faction and I've expirienced how hard to be an army even it's just my second time applying for it, well I'll keep on trying and trying until my time will come, because I always believe that even I'll fail many times I still have the chance to pursue it anytime. I have reviewed the rules and I've practiced my flying skills, I will assure you that I'll do my best to be part of this faction, and I hope you'll welcome me soon, thanks for your attention and I hope you'll give me chance to prove my self again.

Before the Generals decide whether to accept or deny you, you must pass a test about your in-game skills (shooting, driving, flying, command usage and your knowledge about the army rules). Your overall score must be above or equal to 3 or else you will be automatically denied (The score of "Knowledge of Army Rules" part does not count in overall).
