Your name: Lost_Soul
Their name(s): [Lsrcr]Diesel
Offense(s): Deathmatching with vehicle, Failure to use /su, and stealing an already engaged suspect.

Additional information: I had been chasing this red user for several minutes through venturas. I saw Diesel come up on the minimap, didn't think anything of it. Then I got a pair of rockets into my car. Blew me up. When I said he hit the wrong target, he said 'hydra blind'. I don't know what that means but I let it go. Went back to chasing my suspect. Suddenly he comes up again. Two more rockets, hit behind me. I turn a 180 (following the criminal who had done the same) only to have Diesel's Hydra slam into me head on. The hydra exploded, killing me instantly, while he went on to kill the suspect for the score. You can also see in my screenshots that at no point did he ever /su the suspect.
So my thing is this:
You may use the Hydra to engage the most wanted suspect only when they are on the ground after using /su and waiting for the timer to expire. Remember to make sure no innocent players are near-by or anyone who isn't the most wanted suspect.
On the ground he followed, but he didn't use /su. He also failed to check if innocent players were nearby as he clearly hit me (I was a cop for once) not once, but twice, on two separate occasions. I forgave and didn't record the first, but the second time is a bit far.
Now I know this rule exists..
Do not take suspects that were engaged first by SWAT.
I dont know if that applies to regular police or not. It was very clear I was pursuing the suspect, who hadn't fired a shot at me, but I don't know if you allow your soldiers to steal suspects if it's not a swat member.
Thank you, and please investigate into this.
